Bio: Fay Arjomandi is the Founder, CEO, and Board Member of mimik, a pioneering Device-First Hybrid Edge Cloud and Continuum AI company. Previously, she was Executive Chairman at H2 Wellness and CEO of NantMobile, where she led its AR platform and digital health initiatives. Fay also served as CEO of Vodafone Xone, overseeing startup partnerships and rollout and Vodafone Ventures. Earlier, she founded three technology startups, including mimik.

A pragmatic innovator, Fay holds many patents in telecommunications, transport protocols, mobile QoS, and edge cloud computing. She has received numerous accolades, including Edge Woman of the Year (Linux Foundation, 2020), Canadian Top 20 Tech Titans (2022), and Business in Vancouver’s Top 40 Under 40.

Fay is a member of the Forbes Technology Council, advises startups and corporations on digital transformation, and served as Board Advisor to American Tower. She is passionate about digital equity and holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering from Concordia University.
