Short Bio:

Michael, is cofounder at Spect, a data science company in the retinal eye care space. Spect enables Eyecare, Anywhere, through it’s first product, the stethoscope for the eye. Prior to Spect, Michael was working on this Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Stanford and dropped out to start Spect. His past experiences span displays, optical coherence tomography, anti-reflective nano-materials, various modes of medical imaging and nano-mechanics. Prior to Spect, Michael was an Engineer at Apple working on the Pro Display XDR. Michael completed his master’s degree in mechanical engineering at Stanford University, and a bachelors at the University of Waterloo, Canada.
