Short Bio
Martyn Molnar has 25 years of experience in growing technology companies and consulting lines of business for Fortune 500s and high growth AI technology start-ups. In 2011 he co-founded and raised $5M funding for Digital Health firm (TupeloLife) – a global software, patient device and remote patient monitoring business with presence in US, INDIA and Middle East. After a successful 6 year tenure as CEO, his exit in 2017 lead Martyn to partner with UK AI Digital Health Unicorn – HUMA, as their Global Solutions Executive to lead their operational expansion internationally; forging key research relationships with Apple’s Healthcare Division, HP’s Global Healthcare Device Business and key life science investors to move HUMA’s digital health offering beyond the NHS(UK) into new markets; In 2019, with a desire to pursue a deeper career interest in AI, he joined one of Gartner’s leading AI firms, SmarTek21. Currently he leads SmarTek’s Global AI Product Development, with a specific focus on AI solutions for Healthcare. Martyn graduated from Kingston University in London with an academic background in Artificial Intelligence, Knowledge Based Systems and Human Computer Interaction.
Sameer Sood has worked tirelessly to rethink modern healthcare across education, technology, delivery, and power. He has worked with numerous innovative health tech, device, and community startups of all stages. He also was a fellow at Harvard Medical School’s Incite Health program, where he co-founded and was Chief Innovation Officer at Sherbit, a company designed to inform and engage patients and providers in understanding how personal lifestyle, behaviors, and socioeconomic status impact health, until their acquisition in 2018. Since completing his Family Medicine residency at Duke University, Sameer joined the SmarTek21’s Intellitek Health AI Advisory team to assist the firm designing artificial intelligence solutions that create compelling patient experiences and workflows that improve engagement and relieve provider clinical burn out. Sameer also works with clinically with marginalized populations across the country in tribal and special needs clinics, while building systems to address community wealth, power and upstream social drivers of poor health.
